😊 💚 Happy to have inaugurated our new coopérative_scolaire for 700 school kids in Matara (Burundi, Bujumbura Rurale), highly frequented by kids from batwa etnic minority.
A full responsible_education_programme towards school self_sufficiency by learning :
👉 1. how to cultivate organic and bio crops 🫑 🥦 , pigs 🐷 and rabbits 🐰
👉 2. how to run their micro soap factory 💭 and inhouse sewing workshop 🧵 🪡 .
👉 3. how to keep their environment clean. 🗑️ 🚾
Besides that, 80 Batwa mothers receive a micro-grant to set up a micro-production line of wicker_baskers for local sale.
