1. Rehabilitation of the Matara school infrastructure

2. Set up of vocational training and income-generating activities for a solidarity school fund :

A school farm (hutch and piggery)
An ecological garden (vegetable garden and fruit tree nursery)
A cutting and sewing studio
A micro soap factory

3. Creation of a true culture of social ecology, based on responsible consumption: ***zero kilometer, zero plastic,* *zero waste, zero packaging, cultural anchoring of traditions, preservation and stimulation of local handicrafts.***
